iBedBooking captures actual data relating to client attendance within a Residential or Respite home on a weekly basis.

This information can be entered directly via a Home manager Portal on a weekly basisin a quick intuitive manner, including breaks.

iBedBooking is configured such that account coding can be determined for the placement in the form of a subjective code and a cost centre.

These account codes, as well as data, cost and client details are formatted for export on a regular basis and can be linked with an external financial system (e.g.Abacus) utilizing various methods (e.g. secure FTP, OCI8, etc).

The format of the extract can be configured to meet a pre-determined form.
